Solutionaires

Terms. How the site and our projects work.

These terms cover your use of this website and set out how we work with clients. Each project also has its own written proposal.

Last updated 31 October 2026

In short

  • Your signed proposal is the contract for your project. Where it differs from this page, the proposal wins.
  • Every step has a fixed price, paid before it starts.
  • You own the code, designs and accounts we create for you.
  • For 30 days after launch, we fix anything we built that doesn’t work as agreed, at no cost.

1. About these terms

Solutionaires is run by Muhammad Ahmer Arshad in Chishtian, Punjab, Pakistan. By using solutionaires.com you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

2. Using this website

  • The content here is general information about our services. It isn’t a quote or advice for your situation.
  • Prices on the site are our standard prices and starting points. The price for your project is the one in your written quote.
  • Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it or copy its content and design for your own use.
  • The site’s content and design belong to Solutionaires. Client work shown here belongs to our clients and appears under our agreements with them.

3. How a project is agreed

Each step, whether an X-ray, scope sprint, build or Keep plan, is agreed in a written proposal that sets out the scope, price and timeline. Work starts once you’ve approved the proposal and paid for that step.

If we work together through Upwork, Upwork’s terms apply as well, and payments run through Upwork.

4. Prices and payment

  • Fixed prices. The quote is the price. If we underestimated the work, we absorb the difference.
  • Payment before work. Each step, and each build milestone, is paid before it starts. A build is split into 3 to 5 milestones; the first, which includes setup, is about 30% of the build.
  • Credit toward the next step. Every fee you pay counts toward the next step if you start it within 60 days.
  • Keep plans are billed monthly in advance. You can pause before the next month starts.
  • Invoices are paid through Payoneer or Wise, or through Upwork if we work there.
  • Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, app store fees, paid APIs and AI usage are billed to your own accounts and aren’t included in our price.

5. Changes to scope

Your fixed quote includes a cut list: what’s in the first version and what waits. New features after the scope sprint are quoted separately, and we don’t start them until you approve the quote.

6. Your part

  • Give feedback within 2 working days. Slower feedback moves the timeline by the same amount.
  • Name one person on your side who makes decisions.
  • Provide the content, access and accounts we need for the work.
  • Make sure you have the rights to anything you give us to use, such as logos, text, images and data.

7. Stopping

You can stop after any step or milestone and keep everything built so far. A milestone that has been paid for is completed, not refunded.

We can pause work if a payment is late, or decline work that would be illegal or harmful. If that happens, we’ll tell you in writing and hand over everything you’ve paid for.

8. Who owns what

  • The code, designs and content we create for your project belong to you. Because each step is paid before it starts, that’s true from the beginning.
  • Your accounts, such as hosting, database and code repository, are set up in your name.
  • We keep the right to reuse our general know-how and our own existing tools. Open-source components stay under their own licences.
  • We may show your project in our portfolio, with its name, screenshots and a short description, unless you ask us in writing not to.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only for your project. If you’d like an NDA before sharing details, tell us and we’ll review it.

10. Fixes after launch

For 30 days after launch, if something we built doesn’t work as agreed, we fix it at no cost. This doesn’t cover:

  • changes made by anyone other than us,
  • outages or changes in third-party services,
  • new features or changes to the agreed scope.

After 30 days, fixes are covered by a Keep plan or quoted separately.

11. Liability

We build carefully and test every milestone, but no software is free of faults. As far as the law allows:

  • our total liability for any step or milestone is limited to the fees you paid for it,
  • we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data.

Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. This website is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan, have jurisdiction, unless your project proposal says otherwise. If something goes wrong, we’d always rather sort it out on a call first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t alter a proposal you’ve already signed.
