The scope sprint ends with a cut list: every feature you asked for, and which ones wait until users prove they need them.

Who it’s for.
Non-technical founders from pre-seed to Series A who need a first version built, or an early one rebuilt.
What’s included.
Everything it takes to go from a scoped idea to a product people can use.
1
Design
Key screens designed before code, so you see the product before it’s built.
2
Development
Built in milestones, each ending in a demo you can click through.
3
QA
A dedicated tester checks every milestone before it reaches you.
4
Deployment
Live on your own hosting, database and domain.
5
Handover
Code in your repository and a walkthrough of how it all runs.
The repository and accounts are yours from day one.
Built on what fits.
We usually build on Next.js and Supabase, with Stripe for payments: fast to build, and easy for any developer to pick up later. Already have a stack, or need a different one? We work in yours.

Price and timeline.
A fixed quote after the scope sprint. The quote is the price.

Where builds start.
$8k–16k
Where most builds land, depending on the features you keep.
Eight modules on one schema: an agent dashboard, a tenant portal, an admin panel, Stripe billing with seat limits, PDF export, dispute resolution, team members and a support centre.
The tenancy and role model was settled in phase one, so every later module plugged into it without touching login or data ownership. Stripe billing went from nothing to working in a day.
Builds start at $5,900, and most land between $8,000 and $16,000, depending on the features you keep. You get a fixed quote after the scope sprint, and the quote is the price.
How long does it take?
Most MVPs launch 6 to 10 weeks after the scope sprint, depending on how many features you keep.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository and every account are set up in your name from day one.
Can I change features during the build?
Yes. New features are quoted separately and added to a later milestone, so the price and timeline you agreed don’t move without your say.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days we fix anything we built that doesn’t work as agreed, at no cost. After that, Keep is optional: Care from $490 a month, or Build at $1,900 a month for new features.
Do you only build on Next.js?
No. We usually do, because it’s fast to build and easy to hand over, but we work in your stack if you already have one, or pick another when the product needs it.
I already have an AI-built prototype. Where do I start?
With an X-ray. It shows what’s worth keeping, and your prototype replaces the scope sprint.
Tell me what you’re building. We’ll find the smallest version.
