Solutionaires

How a build runs. You talk to me. Six people build it.

From the first call to launch, I’m your one contact. Behind me, a team of six designs, builds and tests your product.

In short

  • One contact from the first call to launch: me.
  • Every step has a fixed price, agreed before it starts.
  • A call every Monday and Friday with the people working on your build.
  • Your code, designs and accounts are yours from day one.

1. Discovery call

30 minutes, free. We talk about where your product stands, what you need to learn next and roughly what you can spend. You leave with a recommended first step.

2. X-ray or scope sprint

Already have an AI-built app? The X-ray shows what holds, what breaks at launch and what’s worth keeping. Starting from an idea? The scope sprint turns it into a cut list, key screens and a fixed quote.

If your prototype already shows the screens and flow, it replaces the scope sprint.

  • X-ray $490, 5 working days
  • Scope sprint $1,900, one week

3. Fixed quote

Feature by feature, with a cut list of what goes in the first version and what waits. You approve it before any build work starts. The quote is the price. If we underestimated, we absorb it.

  • Approved before any build work

4. Kickoff

Every account is set up in your name: hosting, database and code repository. We open a shared Slack channel (Discord if you prefer) and a ClickUp board you can see at any time, introduce the team and book your Monday and Friday calls inside your working day.

  • Accounts in your name

5. Build

The build is split into 3 to 5 milestones of about two weeks, each ending in a demo you can click through. You pay for each milestone before it starts; the first, which includes setup, is about 30% of the build. You can stop after any milestone and keep everything built so far.

Most MVPs launch 6 to 10 weeks after the scope sprint. Feedback within 2 working days keeps the timeline; slower feedback moves it by the same amount.

  • 3 to 5 milestones
  • 6 to 10 weeks

6. QA

A dedicated tester checks every milestone before you see it. By the time a demo reaches you, it has already been tested.

  • Every milestone tested

7. Launch and handover

Live on your accounts, with the code in your repository and a walkthrough of how it runs. For 30 days after launch, if something we built doesn’t work as agreed, we fix it at no cost. New features are quoted separately.

  • 30 days of fixes

8. Keep

Optional. Care covers fixes, updates, monitoring and small changes. Build adds new features every month. Pause anytime.

  • Care from $490 a month
  • Build $1,900 a month
