Your AI prototype got you this far. We take it the rest of the way.

A prototype built with AI tools proves something real: the idea can be shown, clicked and tested. It usually stops there, because the parts that keep real users safe were never in the prompt.

What’s under the screens.

  1. What you builtThe screens, the flow and the idea.
  2. What’s underneathThe parts real users depend on, with the gaps the prompts left.
  3. What we finishEvery layer done properly before launch.

What your prototype got right.

The screens, the flow and the idea. Most of that is worth keeping, and we keep it wherever the code allows.

What tends to break at launch.

The parts that were never in the prompt.

Logins and permissions
Users who can see each other’s data, or admin pages anyone can open.
Database access rules
Tables readable by anyone who finds the public key.
Secrets
API keys sitting in front-end code.
Payments
Webhooks that never confirm a payment, or a Stripe account still in test mode.
Data you can’t get back
No backups, no migrations, no record of changes.

How we take it over.

Three steps, and a fixed price before any work on your code begins.

  1. 1

    X-ray

We read the code and the setup and give you a ranked list of what’s broken or exposed, with a plan in plain English.

    • $490, fixed
    • 5 working days
  2. 2

    Decide

Fix what’s there, rebuild the risky parts, or start clean. You decide, with the cost of each in front of you.

    • Fixed quote
  3. 3

    Build

Fixed price, milestones you can see, QA before anything reaches you.

    • Milestones
    • QA on every one

Your prototype also replaces our scope sprint: the screens and flow already show what you want, so we go straight from the X-ray to a fixed quote. The X-ray fee comes off any fix or build within 60 days.

We build with AI ourselves.

In phases, with real tests before each one closes. It’s how we’ll finish yours.

CozyWatch: watch together on almost any site

CozyWatch was built with Claude Code in phases, and each phase stopped for real tests before the next began. Phase 3 testing caught a bug where joining from the popup showed the party name but never opened the host’s video. It was fixed with regression tests before the phase closed.

Prototype questions. Straight answers.

Will you throw my code away?

Only the parts that aren’t safe to build on, and the X-ray tells you which those are before you pay for anything else.

Which tools do you work with?

Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0 and Claude Code projects, plus anything on Next.js and Supabase.

How much does it cost?

The X-ray is $490, fixed. Larger apps are quoted on the call, before you pay anything. After the X-ray you get a fixed quote for the work, based on what it found, and the quote is the price. The X-ray fee comes off that work if you go ahead within 60 days.

How long does it take?

The X-ray takes 5 working days. How long the work after it takes depends on what the X-ray finds, and you get the timeline with your fixed quote.

What access do you need from me?

Read access to the code repository and the hosting and database dashboards. You can remove it the day the report lands. If your code only lives inside your AI tool, we’ll help you export it to a GitHub repository first.

Can I keep using Lovable or Bolt after you take over?

Yes, for screens and text. Your code lives in your GitHub, so your tool can keep working on it. Changes to logins, data or payments get a quick review first, by us or any developer, so a new prompt doesn’t quietly undo a fix.
