Privacy policy. What we collect, and why.
This page explains what happens to your details when you visit this site, book a call or email us. It’s written to be read, not skimmed past.

In short
- We only collect what you give us when you book a call or email us.
- We use it to talk to you about your product. We don’t sell it or use it for ads.
- This site sets no tracking cookies.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time: info@solutionaires.com.
1. Who we are
Solutionaires is a software studio run by Muhammad Ahmer Arshad in Chishtian, Punjab, Pakistan. We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we’re responsible for it. You can reach us at info@solutionaires.com.
2. What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, time zone, the time you choose and anything you write in the notes.
- When you email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write.
- When you visit the site: like every website, our hosting provider receives technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request. They’re used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- On your own device: if you turn the site’s sound on, your browser remembers that choice for next time. It never leaves your device.
Please don’t send sensitive information, such as health or financial details, through this site or in a booking note. We don’t need it to talk about your product.
3. Why we use it
- To arrange and hold the call you booked, and to reply to your messages. Under UK and EU law, our legal basis is taking steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To run and protect the website. Our legitimate interest in a site that works and stays secure.
- If you become a client, to deliver your project and keep the records the law requires, such as invoices. Our legal basis is the contract, and our legal obligations.
We don’t sell your data, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking first.
4. Who handles it for us
A few services process data on our behalf. Each only gets what it needs for its job.
| Service | What it does | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Cal.com | Books calls and sends your confirmation | Name, email, time zone, booking time, notes |
| Vercel | Hosts this website | IP address and technical request details |
| Resend | Delivers messages sent through the email form on this site | Your email address and message |
| Our email provider, through GoDaddy | Sends and stores our email | Email addresses and messages |
| Cal Video, or the link in your invite | Runs the video call | Your name as shown in the call |
If you become a client, we also use Slack (or Discord), ClickUp, GitHub, and Payoneer or Wise for invoices. Your project agreement covers those.
Some of these services store data outside your country, including in the US. Where the law requires it, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Booking details and emails that don’t lead to a project: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Client records and invoices: as long as tax law requires.
- Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own policy.
6. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- stop using it for a purpose you object to,
- give you a copy to take elsewhere.
Email info@solutionaires.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). In Australia, that’s the OAIC. If you’re in California, you have rights under the CCPA; we don’t sell or share personal information as that law defines it.
7. Cookies
This site doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, so there’s no cookie banner. The only thing stored on your device is the sound setting above. If you use Cal.com’s own booking page instead of ours, Cal.com’s policy covers any cookies it sets.
8. Children
This site is for founders and businesses. It isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we handle a current client’s data, we’ll tell them by email.
